Welcome! It’s time to get to know Bill Halte better. Bill is the founder and co-owner of PebbleCreekIO, commonly known as ‘the eGroup’ by the PebbleCreek residents.
During the interview, Bill tells us how he became involved and what it takes to keep the email platform running for the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It never stops!
His team generously volunteers a significant amount of their time, which allows a very valuable service for subscribers to sell their stuff, make and request recommendations for local services, and post important announcements… all totally ‘free-of-charge' for about 4,000 subscribers.
During the interview you will learn how to improve your message subject lines, what content is not allowed in your email messages, and how you might be placed on “moderation,” if you break the rules. Toward the end, Bill, a lifelong technology guy, offers some thoughts about the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
